Your attendance to the Spring General Career Fair will provide you the opportunity to meet over 3,000 primed and enthusiastic 2016 Grads. Your company will gain visibility on-campus, provide information, gather resumes, network and recruit from our diverse student population. Pick your industry section for the fair to streamline your recruitment. Each employer section is color coded which helps students to navigate the event. (If you register for the event after 4-15-17, your company will be located in the all majors section).
SPRING FAIR EVENT INFORMATION
Registration includes 2 representatives, 6-foot table, two chairs, umbrella, parking, shuttle to the event site, continental breakfast and lunch. Publicity for your attendance includes an email blast to your targeted majors, company name, website, majors recruited, and position types listed online, as well as in our Career Center Chronicle Newspaper, which is distributed to over 6,000 students. (Registration deadline to be included in promotions is 3-31-16, deadline to be included in event map is 4-15-17)
- Early Bird Registration (before 3-24-17): $695.00 ($250 Non-Profit/Govt)
- General Registration: $795 ($300 Non-Profit/ Govt)
- Additional Representative: $50/Per Rep
- Additional Table: $125 includes 1 extra rep/meal

Recruiters volunteer at this fun "Speed Date" type event, providing resume coaching to help prepare students for the career fair. In an effort to bolster attendance, we are offering a 15% discount off your Spring Career Fair registration if you volunteer for more than 3 hours at Resumaniac. As a bonus, recruiters will receive a free Resume Book of event RSVP students and lunch. Students are encouraged to bring additional resumes, so if meet an ideal candidate, don't hesitate to ask for a copy.

(Pre Career Fair Event) Senior /Alumni Networking Breakfast
8:30-10am, University Quad
Arrive early, have a hot breakfast and networking one-on-one with over 80 graduating seniors and alumni before the main career fair. Space is limited to 40 representatives (max. 5 reps. per company). Registration includes your company logo displayed as an event participant in our Career Center Chronicle Newspaper and a Resume Book of all senior attendees.
New - (Post Career Fair Event) Free Green Career Networking Event
2:45-4pm, University Quad
Attend this free networking event after the Spring fair and meet students from various majors with a focus in environmental interests. Employers will also receive a resume book of all student attendees and hors d'oeuvres will be served. Employers who attend this networking event will receive a %15 discount off their Spring Career Fair registration. In addition, all networking attendees will also receive an upgraded lunch at the fair, sponsored by the ASI Student Government Green Initiative. The Spring Career Fair now has a new industry location titled Green Careers. Employers may select a table in the Green Careers section at the fair and attend the networking event to meet environmentally minded students who can:
• Make your organization environmentally friendly
• Cut cost by identifying environmental resources and eliminate waste
• Expand your company to take advantage of new environmental regulations
• Improve your public relations through your company's interest in the environment
New - (Post Career Fair Event) Free STEM Industries Networking Social
3-4:00pm, BSC Ursa Major
Cal Poly Pomona offers a comprehensive STEM enrichment program serving prospective/incoming and continuing graduate students called, MENTORES (Mentoring, Educating, Networking, and Thematic Opportunities for Research in Engineering and Science). MENTORES will host the first annual "STEM Industries Networking Social". This event will take place on the opening day of the 2016 American Society for Engineering Education Pacific Southwest Conference, allowing industry representatives a special opportunity to also interface with faculty from over 40 CSU, UC, and California Community Colleges, along with their graduate students. At the event employers can:
• Target prospective/incoming and continuing graduate students
• Have the opportunity to connect with students in a relaxed setting
• Students from first-generation, low-income, and under-represented minority backgrounds have been encouraged to attend
