AGRIscapes to Host "Spring on the Farm" Egg Hunt on April 8

Go on a hay ride, visit the children’s garden and pet farm animals at Cal Poly Pomona’s Egg Hunt - It’s a great time to come out to the Farm!

Everything happens Saturday, April 8, at the AGRIscapes Center, Cal Poly Pomona.

Check-in for the egg hunt will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the center, which is next to the Farm Store at Cal Poly Pomona, 4102 S. University Drive in Pomona.

Children will be divided into two groups by height. The egg hunt for the taller children will begin promptly at 10:15 a.m. The smaller children will fill their baskets starting at 10:45 a.m. with everyone searching for eggs filled with candy and prizes.

The egg hunt is free with a minimum paid $4 activity admission that day to either the Danny’s Farm petting farm or the AGRIscapes Children’s Garden and hayride.

The petting farm includes goats, sheep, rabbits, a dairy calf, small breed pigs, and miniature horses. Admission to the petting farm is $4 per child and includes one adult. Food cups are $1 each.

The Children’s Garden admission for this event is $2 per child and includes fun crafts and planting a seed to take home; hay rides are $3 per person.
