Registration for Other CSU Students

What's A Service Student?:

Service Students are students who will be attending a different CSU campus in the fall but have chosen to complete Early Start at Cal Poly Pomona.

 Important Notice: After June 1, 2017 All service students will not be able to enroll for Early Start courses at Cal Poly Pomona.


How To Register For Early Start At Cal Poly Pomona: 

Early Start registration is a three step process. Please be certain to complete all steps.

Step 1- SMART PAGE:

You must first select which CSU campus you will be attending for the Early Start Program, this is done by submitting the "SMART PAGE" through your home campus' enrollment portal. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that the Smart Page, takes at least 5 full days to process before you can complete Step 2.


Step 2- CLAIMING YOUR CAL POLY POMONA ACCOUNT:

After Smart Page has been processed, your next step is to claim your Cal Poly Pomona account, which will provide you with your Cal Poly Pomona e-mail address, Bronco Name, and Bronco Password.

To claim your account, please follow the instructions below:

1a. Visit "The Account Claiming Process" eHelp article for detailed instructions on how to claim your account.

OR

1b. Visit the account activation website directly:  apps.cpp.edu/idm/user_claim.aspx
2. Enter your Bronco Number: #########
3. Enter your Claim Code: (Your birthdate using the YYMMDD format)

Claiming your account allows you to access a student information portal called BroncoDirect.


Step 3- ENROLLMENT:

Beginning April 24, you must enroll in your Early Start courses through Bronco Direct. Please see the PDF guide below for a step by step walkthrough of this process.
