The CA Forum for diversity in Graduate Education is an all-day program designed to acquaint students from underrepresented groups with the career and academic opportunities associated with advanced study in a wide range of disciplines. Students will have the opportunity to meet representatives of the nation's leading graduate schools offering Master's and Ph.D. degrees and to attend workshops and panel sessions. More than 100 leading graduate institutions and over 150 representatives have already reserved tables for the event. The Career Center hosts 6 fairs throughout the Academic Year. The Part-time Job Fair, Fall Career Fair, Engineering High-Tech Career Fair and Grad & Professional School Fair occur in the fall. In the winter quarter the Career Center co-hosts the Hospitality Career Expo with the Collins College of Hospitality Management. The Spring Career Fair ends the Academic year. For graduate students submitting their projects and theses electronically this quarter, attend an electronic submission & accessibility workshop at the University Library and get a walkthrough of the electronic submission process and learn the importance of making your document accessible. The workshop is available on Tuesday April 17th, at 5pm-6:15pm, or on Wednesday April 18th, at 12pm-1:15pm, or 5pm-6:15pm in Room 15-2907.
