Campus Tours prides itself on helping educate young visitors about the exciting opportunity of higher education. Our tours are designed to not only inform your students about Cal Poly Pomona, but to give them the encouragement and knowledge they need to make their own higher education dreams a reality.
2014-2015 Academic Year
Guided campus tours for class field trips are typically scheduled for mornings during the academic year (late September to early June). Depending on tour guide availability and the size of your group, other days and times may be accomodated. Please Note that Campus Tours does not offer guided group tours on weekends or during the summer months (June 9 - September 19).
If you would like to arrange a campus tour during the remainder of the 2014-2015 academci year, please note that we are currently accepting reservation requests for group tours from January 5 - March 13 and May 1 - June 6.
School/Group Tour dates do fill up quick. We encourage all of our tour groups to enter their reservation request well in advance once you have a date and time in mind.
The University will be closed on the following holidays during our Winter 2015 quarter:
- Monday, January 19: Martin Luther King Jr. Day Holiday
- Friday, February 13: President’s Day Holiday

**Please note that in order to consider your request confirmed, you must receive an official email confirmation with your reserved date and time from teh Campus Tours Coordinator. Please print out your official confirmation, review it thoroughly for visit details and bring the copy with you when you checkin for your tour.
The Cal Poly Pomona Campus Tours Office provides a lesson plan, written materials, scavenger hunt and review as an educational tool for students to interact and learn about the location of programs and services, give them insight into what it is like to be a Cal Poly Pomona student, and share with them some of Cal Poly Pomona's unique features.
