System Proposals 

Campus Proposals

  • Letter of Intent
    • Required as a prerequisite for submission of a campus full proposal.
    • Due Date:  1 December 2017, 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
    • Notification date for invitation to submit full proposal:  11 December 2017
  • Full Proposal
    • Must be submitted through the ARI InfoReady web-based Proposal Submission and Routing System
    • Required to register as a new user to create an account through the above link (once your new account has been created, you will be in the system and you can just login).
    • See the Request for Proposals for guidelines and instructions, page 10-15.
    • On-Campus Administrative Due Date:  5 February 2018, 12:00 noon Pacific Time

  • Students - Academic Year 8% and Summer 13%
  • Faculty Summer Additional Pay - 13%
  • Full Time Staff - 44%
  • Release Time - must get actual percentage from your college's analyst

Progress Reports

  • ARI Annual Assessment
    • This is required for all ARI-funded projects. Yearly submission of an online ARI Annual Assessment is required for all projects. It is due on August 15 every year regardless of the project’s start date. The Project Director must complete the ARI Annual Assessment for each project. In the year the project is completed, in addition to the ARI Annual Assessment, a final report is due within 90 days after the project’s scheduled completion date.
  • Final Report
    • Required for all projects. Submission of a final report is required within 90 days after a project’s scheduled completion date.

No-Cost Extensions

  • No-Cost Extension Request/Justification form
    • Requests for no-cost extensions must be submitted to to Shelton Murinda, semurinda@cpp.edu and Wei Bidlack, wwbidlack@cpp.edu via email with an appropriate technical justification. No-cost extension requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the current project expiration date. No-cost extensions can be granted on a case-by-case basis for 1 year with a maximum of 2 per project.

Budget Revisions

A budget revision is required if more than 10% of the total budget is being redirected.  A project director is only allowed two budget revisions in one year.  Please submit your budget revision to wwbidlack@cpp.edu.  All budget revisions must be approved by the campus coordinator and then will be forwarded to Foundation.
