Building 150: Chauffer and Ranch Manager Home

Built in the 1920's, this duplex was the home of for the Kellogg's chauffer and ranch manager. This structure, as with all the original structures, was designed by famed architect Myron Hunt and his partner HC Chambers. This style of architecture has become known as California style. The California style is evident by the red tile roof, white stucco walls and heavy open beam ceilings.
