Dear Teacher Candidate, California Managed Schools consist of The California Virtual Academies(a network of 9 public charter schools throughout California), iQ Academy- Los Angeles and Insight Schools of California(a network of 3 public charter schools), which deliver online/virtual home based instruction to K -12 students in California.

You can view our
K-8 Teacher Position Postings(CA Multiple Subject Teaching Credential) on EdJoin:https://www.edjoin.org/Home/Jobs?keywords=CAVA%20K-8%20Teacher&searchType=all
K-8 Teacher positions are listed by County. We do ask that you only apply to the county you actually live in for K-8 teacher positions.

We service students and hire teachers in all counties within California except in Del Norte, Siskiyou, Modoc, Humboldt, Trinity, Shasta, Lassen, Tehama, Glenn, Plumas, Sierra, Nevada, and El Dorado County.

These positions are full time and part time, direct hire opportunities. As all schools are public charter schools, we do participate in the Teacher Retirement System for the State of California (CalSTRS).

Our postings are eligibility pools for positions that may arise during the school year listed on the postings. A position may arise from now until the end of February when our postings close. As our enrollment continues to grow during the year, there is no way to forecast when a position will open up which is why there are no set number of open positions listed on our postings. By submitting an application to our eligibility pool, you will be considered and interviews will be arranged as needed during the school year.
