Anna Wooten (FRL, ’15)

It didn’t take long for Anna Wooten to trade in her cap and gown for a professional wardrobe as the recent graduate quickly found herself a business associate in NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory Early Career Hire Program.

Anna will be rotating throughout JPL’s business organizations to gain cross-functional knowledge of all its business functions. To qualify for the program, recent graduates with a history of academic excellence are provided mentorship from senior-level personnel.

Katrina M. Presto Bajet (MBA, ’14)

For more than 60 years, Nobel Biocare USA has relied on recruiting forward-thinking employees with talent to help solidify its place as a world leader in the field of implant-based dental restorations. Katrina Bajet looks to continue that tradition as she joins Nobel Biocare as a human resources generalist, operations business partner.

Jase Kasperowicz (CIS, ’15)

It took an extensive resume that includes leading the Windows group for Cal Poly Pomona’s Collegiate Cyber Defense Team and internships at five other companies for Jase Kasperoowicz to earn an internship with CrowdStrike, a company founded in 2011 to protect the world’s leading businesses from electronic attacks. Jase graduated eight months later and accepted full-time employment as an associate consultant role with CrowdStrike.

Candace Chen (IBM, ’15)

Within a month of taking her graduation walk, Candace Chen began her professional career with PepsiCo as an operations manager. Candace expects to wrap up her training on operation tools and programs along with learning other critical functions within the next couple of months. She told the CBA’s Pi Sigma Epsilon chapter, “PepsiCo is a company that has more opportunities than you can ever imagine. I saw the opportunity to join my dream company and held onto it.”

Ellie Du (FRL, ’15)

George Henning has grown Pacific Global Investment Management from one employee in 1991 to more than 20 today. The latest to join the company that provides personalized investment services to individual clients is Ellie Du as she accepted a position in Pacific Global Investment Management’s client services department.
