Employing and retaining the right people within your organization will increase productivity and impact the bottom line. Learn best practices in the ever changing field of personnel management and human resource development. Through the examination of accepted practices, current trends, and the latest research, you will gain the skills necessary for the application of this important professional function within all private and public organizations.

The Human Resources Management Certificate consists of seven required courses totalling 210 hours. Starting in Summer 2017, classes in the Human Resources Management Certificate will be offered in a hybrid format. This new format combines both classroom (face-to-face) time for 25%-75% of the course's contact hours with online asynchronous instructional modes. The asynchronous component is available to access at any time that is convenient to the student. This format is designed to accomodate individuals with busy schedules!
