Elisabeth Lockerby graduated cum laude from The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona in 2012. As a student, she was actively involved in the Association of Student Event Planners (ASEP), was a founding member of the Collins Ambassadors, and spent a quarter working and gaining operations skills at the Annenberg Retreat at Sunnylands in Rancho Mirage, California. Additionally, she worked as a student assistant for the Professional Development Institute and organized the 2011 Southern California Visitor Industry Outlook Conference (VIOC) and Business Management II events with the College.
At Griffin Capital, Elisabeth organizes events focused on commercial real estate investment. Her role involves managing attendee logistics, travel, and lodging for the company’s national symposiums. Prior to joining Griffin, Elisabeth worked for Burba Hotel Network organizing international investment conferences for the hotel industry.
Outside of work, Elisabeth enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog. She is excited to be a board member for the Collins Hospitality Society and looks forward to serving the college in a new capacity.
