Cal Poly Pomona Student RSCA Conference

The Cal Poly Pomona Student Research, Scholarship & Creative Activities Conference (CPP Student RSCA Conference) is an annual event that provides an opportunity for our undergraduate and graduate students to share their original research, scholarly and creative activities. All disciplines are represented – this is an opportunity to see CPP students at their best. Students who participate in this conference have the opportunity to be selected to represent CPP at the annual CSU-wide research competition.

The Student RSCA Conference takes place on the first Friday every March. Applications open in late Fall and students are notified by early Winter of acceptance. There are many ways to participate including the traditional oral and poster presentations but also through performances, displays of artwork, and showcases of prototypes and design projects.

The Undergraduate Research Faculty Advisory Committee assists with the planning and organization of the Student RSCA Conference. The overall event is coordinated through the Office of Undergraduate Research with the help of student and staff volunteers. The judges comprise of both CPP alumni and faculty.
