Disability Documentation

To receive accommodations and services, the student completes the DRC registration process which includes submission of appropriate disability documentation as detailed in our DRC Documentation Guidelines.

The purpose of Disability Documentation is to:

  1.  Provide evidence of a physical or mental impairment that results in substantial limitations to major life activities and/or major bodily functions;
  2.  Verify the nature and extent of the disability in accordance with current professional standards and practices;
  3.  Explain the current need for reasonable accommodation.
