The Mechanical Engineering program provides a quality, well-rounded education that is based on imparting fundamental knowledge and skills in mathematics and pure science as well as engineering science and design.
ME graduates are uniquely suited to jobs in all traditional areas of mechanical engineering including mechanics, machine design, energy systems, fluid flow, heat transfer and thermodynamics. To ensure this, all students take the same fundamental courses, but then choose a series of technical electives geared towards their own interests or career objectives.
