Early Career Teaching Award
The Early Career Teaching Award is for Tenure-Track Assistant and Associate Professors who demonstrate significant promise in teaching and a passion for teaching pedagogies.  To be eligible, faculty members must have at least two years of teaching experience in the College of Engineering at Cal Poly Pomona. This award is given to a maximum of one recipient each year and includes a $500 stipend.

Each application package will be reviewed by a faculty award committee, chaired by the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies.
Application Deadline

Application package is due on Friday, April 10th by 4 pm to the Dean’s Office. The awards will be announced during the end of the year Faculty Appreciation Luncheon.

Outstanding Teaching Award
The Outstanding Teaching Award is to recognize faculty members whose teaching is exceptional and meritorious. All Tenured Faculty, Tenure-Track Faculty, and Full-Time lecturers with a minimum of five years of full-time teaching experience in the College of Engineering at Cal Poly Pomona are eligible. This award is given to a maximum of one recipient each year and includes a $750 stipend. (Previous award winners are ineligible for five years.)
