Joan Robinson-Berry is Vice President of the Shared Services Group (SSG) Supplier Management organization with responsibility for the purchase of all non-production goods and services for The Boeing Company.

Prior to her current position, Robinson-Berry served as Director of Phantom Works Supplier Management for the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) division of The Boeing Company.

Robinson-Berry was a recipient of the Career Communications Group 2007 Black Engineer of the Year Achievement award and was inducted into their Alumni Hall of Fame in 2012.

Robinson-Berry holds an M.S. in engineering management & business administration and a B.S. in engineering technology.

The Cal Poly Pomona College of Engineering Distinguished Lecture Series is established to broaden the educational experience of Cal Poly Pomona studuents, faculty and staff by hosting innovative and engaging scientists and engineers who encourage thought-provoking discourse and ideas.
