The Customer Service Center is the hub of Facilities Planning and Management. We are a One-Stop Shop - providing support services to Facilities Planning, Facilities Design and Construction, and Facilities Management. We are a service-oriented department designed to meet the day-to-day operational needs of the University. The Customer Service Center coordinates all routine, non-routine, and emergency maintenance services required by the campus community.
We also issue all campus keys and process leased vehicle requests. In addition, we provide assistance with lease of facilities and scheduled events and issue campus-wide broadcasts regarding construction impacts, utility outages and emergency updates.
All service requests are received at the Customer Service Center. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate Facilities Management trade to perform the work, or to the planning and estimating department, as appropriate. When non-routine services are requested by a campus department, this work will be performed on a chargeback basis. If you need to check the status of your service request, chargeback estimate, or any issues involving our services, our Customer Service Center can assist you. The Customer Service Center should be your initial contact for obtaining information on all service requests.
