Walk-in Wellness Center Services

Many of our services require no appointment, so come in when we’re open and take advantage of the following:


Programs & Events

    • Lecture Presentations, for your classroom (Submit a Program Request)
    • Group Presentations for student clubs or organizations (Submit a Program Request)
    • Pre-packaged educational programs you may borrow on a wide variety of topics (Submit a Program Request)
    • Online Birth Control Options course
    • CPR/AED Classes held quarterly
    • BE SMART, an alcohol educational awareness event, usually combined with the annual HealthFEST
    • HealthFEST, an annual wellness fair open to on-campus departments and student clubs who have an interest in promoting healthy behaviors
    • American Red Cross monthly blood drives on campus


Individual Appointments with Health Educators

As part of your fee-covered basic services, professional Health Educators are available to provide one-on-one education on a variety of health topics at no cost. Most appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes to an hour. Please call (909) 869-5272 for an appointment, or stop in to the SHCS Wellness Center (Bldg. 46, Parking lot entrance) to receive confidential information and assistance on the following:

    • Exercise and Weight Management
    • Men’s health
    • Nutrition (complete the 24 Hour Food/Beverage Diary [PDF] and bring to your appointment)
    • Sexual Health and Sexuality
    • Stress Management
    • Substance use or abuse
    • Weight Management
    • Women’s Health
