IT Service Desk

If eHelp does not provide solutions to your questions or problems, the IT Service Desk can be contacted for further assistance.

Contact the IT Service Desk:

  1. If you know your BroncoName and BroncoPassword, you can log into the IT Service Desk portal and submit a ticket.
  2. If you can't log into the IT Service Desk portal, use the Help Request Form.

IT Service Desk Regular Business Hours:

Note: IT Service Desk hours may be modified to 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, when classes are not in session during the winter and spring breaks.

IT Service Desk Summer Hours:

  • Monday through Thursday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Fridays: Closed
  • Exception: Regular Business Hours during the weeks of June 30, 2014 – July 3, 2014 and July 28, 2014 - August 1, 2014.

The goal of the IT Service Desk is to resolve customers' questions and problems quickly, accurately and consistently, implementing a high-quality standardized solution procedure. Questions or problems that cannot be resolved by the IT Service Desk staff will be referred to a specialist within the IT@CPP Division. A reference number may be given to you to ensure accurate IT Service Desk management in tracking the status of your questions or problems.

Each user requesting service via the IT Service Desk is asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey. Customers are notified via email with a link to the survey within the IT Service Desk's web service request management application at the time their service request is completed. .
