This fascinating Study Abroad program will give students a superb opportunity to explore the history, culture, and development of two of the most fascinating cities in the world, Dubai and Hong Kong. Students on this program will spend 6 days in Hong Kong and 7 days in Dubai. The central theme of this program is to examine the "Modern City."

All students take: CLS 482: "International Fieldwork in Dubai/Hong Kong" (4 Units)
Program Themes: The Modern City, Urban and Regional Planning, Ecology, Leadership, The Tourist Sector

Sophomore standing or above at time of program start date
A minimum cumulative CPP GPA of 2.5


Students will be lodging in hotels

Program Cost

The program cost includes the following:

Please obtain a deposit slip from Grace Olguin at the International Center (1-104). Students pay $200 non-refundable application fee and regular Cal Poly Pomona tuition for summer abroad. Students are responsible for obtaining a passport. Scholarships are available!
