IT Service Advisory: Campus is Experiencing Email Issues - External Inbound Only

Summary: The campus is currently experiencing issues with receiving email messages from external sources.

What does this mean?:  Any emails being sent to Cal Poly Pomona from third-party email services, such as Yahoo or Gmail, or external email services, such as Constant Contact, are currently not being delivered to Cal Poly Pomona.

When will this be resolved?: IT is diligently working on this issue.  However, there is no time estimate on when this will be resolved.  IT will send an update at 11:00 am or sooner if the issue has been resolved.
