Rhett Beavers is a landscape architect, planner and urban designer offering over 30 years experience planning, designing and entitling communities, educational, streetscape, urban mixed-use, redevelopment, transit and transit-oriented design, recreational/open space and historic preservation projects. Much of his work has been the creation of communities. Notable community projects of his include The Woodlands new town in Texas, the new community master plan for U.C. Merced, Downey NASA property specific plan, Visitor Interpretative planning for the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Gardens, and Watts Our Town NEA grant. Mr. Beavers is a licensed landscape architect and has a MLA from Texas A&M University.
