Whether it is a book, ebook, an online journal article, a website, or other Internet resource – you need to know how to properly cite your sources in your paper or presentation.

- There are online citation management tools which can help you organize and cite bibliographic information automatically – often referred to as citation management tools or citation ‘bots.’ Some of the more popular ones are Zotero (free) or RefWorks (requires purchase).
