Yes, you will need to contact the License of Facilities office and set up an appointment. We will be able to schedule a tour of our campus facilities that would best suit the films requirements.

Contact the License of Facilities office to do a preliminary availability check on a specific location. Cal Poly Pomona's academic mission and normal business has priority over filming. All special events are permitted only if it does not interfere with normal University activities. Please note: No area will be held until an application and application fee have been received.

Complete and submit either the License of Facilities application or Filming/Photography application, and an estimate will be sent for review. You will need to return the application with a certified or cashier check made payable to Cal Poly Pomona in the amount indicated on the application for the application fee. A license will be drafted and sent to you. It will need to be signed and returned by the date listed along with the insurance certificate and endorsement that meets all university requirements or the event will not be able to take place.

You will need to complete an application for a special event or commercial shoot and the License of Facilities office will prepare a written estimate based on the information provide.
