The Meat Science & Processing Facility's Profile:

We are a State of California inspected meat plant on the Cal Poly University campus in Pomona. Through the use of many types of equipment, students gain a wide variety of training in meat science.

We work closely with the National Meat Association. Some of our students attend their conventions. This has given a wealth of opportunities to them for future employment. The facility provides research opportunities for both students and industry.
