|Introduction||African Adventure Stories|
This site is primarily a collection of my photos and stories documenting two years spent as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the East African nation of Tanzania. I was posted to serve as a teacher of Physics and Mathematics at Moshi Technical Secondary School in the town of Moshi, which lies at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro in northern Tanzania. To begin, you may want to get some background information on Tanzania, its educational system, and the role of Peace Corps in that country. Or dive right into the rest of the site. Whether you are an RPCV, a prospective Volunteer, an armchair traveler, a citizen of Tanzania, or a fan of mountain treks, I hope that you will find something here to identify with. This is, of course, a work in progress, and I welcome your feedback.
