New Employee Welcome

Day Two and Beyond

We hope you will return to this onboarding site, including the Employee Resource Center, as a needed resource if you have additional questions about campus services, amenities, policies, or whom to contact if you need more assistance.

  • Employee Resource Center

Many of your questions, as a new employee, can be answered through the resources and information in the Employee Resource Center web pages.  If you can't find the answer you need, email HRS Customer Service Center (hrscsc@cpp.edu) and we'll try to point you in the right direction.

  • Bronco Access Card (Photo ID)

It is important that you obtain a Bronco Access Card because it identifies you as a member of the campus community and is the official photo identification for all Cal Poly Pomona employees, students, and affiliates.  There is wait period of 3 business days from completion of your initial employee sign up before you will appear in our employee database.  Once you are in our employee database, our Photo ID Unit will be able to take your picture and generate your Bronco Access Card.  After the wait period, please stop by the Admissions Office, located in the CLA Building 98, 2nd floor (Room R2-2).  The Photo ID Unit is within the Admissions & Outreach Office and they will take your picture and generate your card within minutes.
