Tame Your Stress

Feeling tense? Most of us do, either once in a while or seemingly all the time. While a little stress can be a good thing, too much can negatively impact our lives and our health. In this workshop, we will explore the various types of stress and the warning signs of too much. Attendees will learn how sleep, eating well, exercise, and getting connected can help to “Tame Your Stress.”
