Asian Fusion, Monday, June 1st, 8pm, University Theater
An influence of our LA food truck culture and popular cuisine, this "Asian Fusion" concert will be a culminating collaborative event for the Wind Ensemble/Concert Band and various on-campus Asian student clubs and organizations (Touzan Taiko, Asian & Pacific Islander Student Center, Asian American Transnational Research Initiative and the CPP Lion Dance club). The "Poly Trolley" will also be a part of the event, offering "Asian fusion" menu items at the end of the concert in the theater courtyard, providing a fun community atmosphere for all attendees.
