Selection Process

One Outstanding Advising Program will be selected by Interim Provost Gomez and Vice President Gonzales and honored at the reception.

Nomination Process

To nominate an advising program via the nomination online form, please provide the following information by Friday, March 15:

1. The name of the program;
2. The name and contact information of a student who is part of the program;
3. A detailed description of the contributions of the program together with supporting documentation; and 
4. A description of the process that led to the nomination.

The nomination materials for Outstanding Advising Program, including supporting documentation must not exceed 20 pages. Materials exceeding this limit will not be forwarded for consideration.
