  • Master Planning
  • Budget: Developing a multi-year budget model that will include projecting available funding for tenure-track faculty hires in a timely and data-informed process.
  • Travel policy: The first “Creative Solutions and Process Redesign” effort launched to review and re-imagine our policies and procedures. The committee, with assistance from the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, is focusing on revising the policy and incorporating best practices and technology.
  • Professional development: Through the Office of Training & Professional Development, offering numerous in-person classes on a variety of subjects
  • Gender-inclusive restrooms: Updating the signage on all single-stall restrooms on campus to identify them as gender-inclusive facilities.
  • Campus improvements: Continue to add bus shelters and improve campus lighting.
  • Transportation: Three promising apps are being developed by the students in the computer science department to address parking vacancy, ridesharing, and tracking the Bronco Shuttle. We are installing 20 additional bike racks and three "Fix-it" stations with air pumps near the BRIC, Marketplace and Parking Structure II.
  • Developing partnerships with local and regional transit providers to expand alternative transportation options to the campus
  • Master Planning will explore ways to improve parking and alternative transportation
  • Responding to staff vacancies
