VA Services

The Veteran Resource Center and Registrar’s Office are pleased to announce the availability of the VA Benefit Certification in the Student Center in Bronco Direct.  The VA Benefit Certification is a feature that will allow veterans, military servicemen/women, and dependents’ of veterans to request VA Benefits such as Ch. 33, 30, 31, 35, 1606 & 1607, as well as the Cal Vet Fee Waivers for dependents.  Students will be able to upload documents required to receive VA Benefits such as Education Plans, Certificate of Eligibility letters from the VA, and DD Form 214s, which will save time and money by avoiding a trip to campus to submit documents.  This feature will be fully accessible and available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

In order to access this feature, log onto your BroncoDirect portal to request your Military/VA Educational Benefits. New and continuing student veterans, their spouses and dependants can use this online service to:

  • Request VA Educational Benefits Certification
  • Upload and view required documents (e.g. DD214, Cal Vet Fee Waivers, Education Plan, etc.)
  • Save paper and a trip to campus
