Formation of Project Committee

The project advisor must be a tenured or tenure-track faculty member of the Computer Science Department.

A project committee will consist of at least two members. At least one member of the committee must be tenured or tenure-track faculty members of the Computer Science Department. The second member may be a faculty member from any department of Cal Poly Pomona with Master's or higher degree in an area relevant to the topic of the project. A third member will be allowed if approved by the project advisor. This third member may be from Cal Poly Pomona or from outside, but must have a Master's or higher degree.

The project advisor will serve as the chair of the committee.

Formation of Thesis Committee

The thesis advisor must be a tenured or tenure-track faculty member of the Computer Science Department.
