Community Outreach: Rockin' and Rollin' with SCSF

On May 31, 2017, Our Lady of Lourdes High School from Montclair will be attending a Shakespeare workshop at Cal Poly Pomona. We are delighted to host these wonderful middle school students from Our Lady of Lourdes.

SCSF has enjoyed wonderful relationships with I Poly High School, Big Bear High School, The Mayfield School for Girls, and the School of Arts and Enterprise in downtown Pomona which all have attended our productions for the last 13 years. Talkbacks with the actors and Pre-show presentations from esteemed Professor and Shakespeare Scholar, Dr. Edward Rocklin are part of the SCSF's tradition. The 106- year old Pomona Valley Shakespeare Club along with the Claremont Senior Citizen Center are some of our other enthusiastic patrons.

SCSF  does a variety of fundraising events. Last  June 2016,  SCSF performed Shakespeare Abridged for two nights in June in the Studio Theatre at CPP to a Sold Out crowd.

SCSF’s new offering includes Staged Readings and productions of original work in our  "SCSF Second Stage Series,” which we are launching this Season 13.
