6. When I initially completed the SmartPage, I did not qualify for a tuition waiver. I have since made changes to my FAFSA that might make me eligible. What can I do?

If your FAFSA changes have been processed by the Financial Aid office and you have not yet registered for Early Start classes, your financial need will be recalculated once you add Early Start courses. However, if you have already registered for courses and have fees posted to your student account you should contact Early Start immediately for assistance.

7. If I did not pass an Early Start course and choose to repeat the course during the summer, will my fee waiver also cover the cost of the course again?

No, the fee waiver will only cover the cost of the course once. If you need to repeat a course because you did not pass it, you must request assistance to re-enroll in the course and pay for the course out of pocket. For assistance with this process, contact the Early Start Program (909) 869-4803 or earlystart@cpp.edu.
