Cal Poly Pomona's Test Center offers proctoring services for other universities or facilities that may require testing, but the tester is not in the area of their university or facility. These tests include, but are not limited to, testing for outside-agency certification, testing for correspondence and other distance-learning programs and testing for off-campus, external degrees. Proctored examinations may be scheduled at the Test Center. Candidates and/or Students must obtain instructor or university approval and then request an appointment through the button below. All appointments are subject to availability.

  • Faculty or University Staff must contact our Test Center in order to arrange the receipt of test materials.
  • The proctoring services fee for non-Cal Poly Pomona Students is $25.00 per hour (rounded up to the nearest hour) plus any applicable postage. The Test Center accepts only checks or money orders.

Appointments will be denied if the Test Center has not received the test materials from the corresponding university or facility.
