Paper Submission

Paper Submission Process

To submit papers, visit https://edas.info/index.php and submit a paper for the conference labeled WTS 2016. (You will need to create a new account if you do not already have one). Submitted papers should not exceed 5000 words, including an abstract (less than 200 words). To facilitate the blind review process, authors' names and affiliation should not be listed in the papers submitted for initial review.

All manuscripts should follow IEEE Author Guidelines for 8.5" x 11" manuscripts as listed at: Sample Template

Poster papers should be submitted directly to Dr. Michael Bartolacci at mrb24@psu.edu. The following information is necessary when submitting a poster paper: (1) the title of the paper, (2) the names and affiliations of the authors; and (3) an abstract. Only the abstract of an accepted poster paper will be published in the conference proceedings.

Review Process

WTS uses a double blind review process. Criteria for paper evaluation include relevance for the conference, importance of the topic, soundness/quality of analysis and evidence, organization, contribution to theory and practice, and overall quality of the paper.

Publication Process

At least one listed author of the final paper must register for and attend WTS 2016 to present the paper, have it listed on the WTS 2016 website, and published in the conference proceedings. One registration is valid for up to two papers.

Submission instructions for final papers will be in the acceptance letter to the authors.

Some selected high quality papers from WTS 2016 will be considered for publication in the International Journal of Interdisciplinary Telecommunications & Networking, IGI Global publisher, pending their successful extension and an expedited review process.
