To submit papers, visit https://edas.info/index.php and submit a paper for the conference labeled WTS 2017 (you will need to create a new account, if you do not have one already). Submitted papers should not exceed 5000 words, including an abstract (less than 200 words) and must be at least 3 pages in length. In order to ensure the integrity of the double blind review process, authors' names and affiliations must not be listed in the papers submitted for initial review.
All manuscripts should follow IEEE Author Guidelines for 8.5" x 11" manuscripts as listed at: http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/AuthorTools/conferenceTemplates.html.
Poster papers should be submitted directly to Dr. Stan Dmitrov at firstname.lastname@example.org and Dr. Qing-An Zeng at email@example.com. The following information is necessary when submitting a poster paper: (1) the title of the paper, (2) the names and affiliations of the authors; and (3) an abstract. Only the abstract of an accepted poster paper will be published in the conference proceedings.
WTS uses a double blind review process. Criteria for paper evaluation include relevance for the conference, importance of the topic, soundness/quality of analysis and evidence, organization, contribution to theory and practice, and overall quality of the paper.
At least one listed author of the final paper must register for and attend WTS 2017 to present the paper, have it listed on the WTS 2017 website, and published in the conference proceedings. One registration is valid for up to two papers.
Submission instructions for final papers will be in the acceptance letter to the authors.
Some selected high quality papers from WTS 2017 will be considered for publication in the International Journal of Interdisciplinary Telecommunications & Networking, IGI Global publisher, pending their successful extension and an expedited review process.
