Who is Eligible?
- Students already enrolled or who are eligible to enroll in classes at CPP
- Students who are 60 years of age or older
- Students who have been a California resident for at least one year
- Students must follow university policy if they choose to take a leave of absence from CPP
Do I have to enroll in 60 plus every semester?
No, your participation in the 60 plus program does not need to be renewed every semester. Unless there is a break in enrollment in University classes, continuing students remain enrolled in the program. Students must follow university policy for leave of absence from CPP.What are my Next Steps?

- Meet with an outreach counselor at Outreach, Recruitment and Educational Partnerships (OREP) for pre-admission counseling.
- Start a Cal State Apply admission application. Click here to view application terms dates and deadlines.
- Before submitting your Cal State Apply application, email admissions@cpp.edu for an application fee waiver code. Use subject line: 60+ fee waiver program.
- Enter the code when submitting your admission application.
- If you are granted admission, submit this request form to Student Accounts and Cashiering Services (sacs@cpp.edu) for the appropriate fee adjustments.
