Congratulations, you've been admitted! Here are the next steps you need to take before your first semester.

Next Steps Checklist

Submit SAT and/or ACT scores electronically by January 31st using institution codes below:
  • SAT: to all Cal States Applied for - 3594
  • ACT: for Cal Poly Pomona - 0202

You are required to pay an Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD) of $150 by May 1st in order to accept your offer of admission. The deposit will be applied to your tuition. For payment options, visit Cashiering Services.
Note: The ECD is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Submit TOEFL scores electronically by May 1st using school code: 4082. 

Or IELTS by May 1st to Cal Poly Pomona, Office of Admissions & Enrollment Planning, 3801 W. Temple Ave, Pomona, CA 91768.

If you plan on living on campus, you must submit a housing application. For more information, visit Housing.

You are required to attend the mandatory International Freshmen Orientation & Check-in. Visit the International Orientation Checklist for more information. 

Some students with specific majors are required to take the ALEKS PPL - the mathematics placement program offered by Cal Poly Pomona. It allows you to review, take practice tests, and then come to campus for the official placement test. For more information visit Testing Services.

Students with college coursework must also submit official college transcripts by June 30th. Transcripts can be ordered through the registrar's office at your college. Electronic transcripts are accepted from etranscriptCA and Credential Solutions. Please note, we do not accept PDF transcripts sent through email. 

The deadline to submit official AP/CLEP/IB scores is June 30thPlease send scores earlier if they are available to ensure timely processing of your credits and Fall 2019 course placement.

You will receive your Bronco Access card during Orientation. It is essential that you obtain a Bronco Access Card because it identifies you as a currently enrolled student and entitles you to multiple privileges on campus. For more information, visit Bronco Access Card.
