Animal Science Alum Named to Scientific Advisory Board

Kenneth H. McKeever

A CPP alumnus was named to the Association of Racing Commissioners International’s scientific advisory board.

Kenneth H. McKeever (animal science, ‘79) was appointed to the board, which will advise the association on anti-doping programs for the international equine and canine racing community. The association is an international body of regulators and scientists who oversee the sports.

McKeever is an animal science professor at Rutgers University and associate director-research at Rutgers’ Equine Science Center. He is a 2013 recipient of the Distinguished Service Award in Equine Science from the Equine Science Society.
