Accepting Electronic Signatures in Light of COVID-19

During the COVID-19 "Safer at Home" order, we will accept all Employee/Dependent Fee Waiver forms and documents with electronic signatures.  Waivers from other CSU campuses for those attending Cal Poly Pomona must be submitted to Cal Poly Pomona via email by the employee's campus Fee Waiver Coordinator.

  • Signing a PDF Form:  

    To sign a document using Adobe Reader, first open the PDF document in the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application. Click the “Fill & Sign” button in the right pane. Click the “Sign” button on the toolbar and select “Add Signature” to add your signature to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

  •  If you are unable to electronically sign the PDF form, please forward the form through your Cal Poly Pomona email account indicating you have approved the form, as attached.
