Physical wellbeing represents one dimension of total well-being. The term refers to the state of your physical body and how well it's operating. It is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get through our daily activities without undue physical stress. It is developed and can be maintained through the combination of beneficial exercise and healthy eating habits.
