Our Mission
The UndocuTransfer Pipeline focuses on helping incoming students being connected to resources and key people to support growth and network here on Cal Poly Pomona.
Our Vision
Create a pipeline from all our neighboring community colleges to our university. The pipeline includes CPP students peer mentoring incoming transfer students about the resources and opportunities they should take advantage of as a CPP student.
