Undergraduate Application Process - Task 3
Once Admitted:
- If you are a male between the ages of 18-25, you must be registered for the Selective Service. For more information on who is required to register, click here.
- Print and mail form in without filling out the SSN section. Immigrants & Dual Nationals | Selective Service System : Selective Service System (sss.gov).
- Verify your registration online: Register | Selective Service System : Selective Service System (sss.gov).
- If you never registered, be prepared to submit a Selective Services Status Letter. Status Information Letter | Selective Service System : Selective Service System (sss.gov).

- Submit your AB540/SB 68 Non-Resident Tuition Exemption Form once an Admission Decision has been posted on your Bronco Direct such, as 'Admitted.'

- Along with your exemption request, you must submit your unofficial transcripts from all your previous high schools, adult school, or colleges. The online form accepts multiple attachments.

- Not eligible for AB540/SB 68 Non-Resident Tuition Exemption but you have been residing in California for more than one full year prior to the Residence Determination Date:
- If you have a current and valid DACA or TPS that you have held for 366 days prior to the Residence Determination Date, you may be eligible for residency classification. Fill out the CSU Residence Questionnaire form and attach supporting documents. Please contact residency@cpp.edu for further information.
- If approved for California Residence classification, you will be charged in-state tuition. You will not be eligible for state funding.
- If you do not classify as a California Resident through the AB540/SB 68 Non-Resident Tuition and the Residency Classification form:
- You will be required to pay nonresident tuition fees.
- You are not required to submit the CA Dream Act Application.

If you are admitted for Fall: Financial aid offers can be posted as early as end of March and no later than May.
If you are admitted for Spring: Financial aid offers are typically posted late October to early November, assuming all missing items are complete.
