Our Mission
The UndocuTransfer Pipeline focuses on helping incoming students being connected to resources and key people to support growth and network here on Cal Poly Pomona.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create a pipeline from all our neighboring community colleges to our university. The pipeline will have CPP students peer mentor incoming transfer students about the resources and opportunities they can use as a CPP student.
Lia Cervantes, Transfer Pipeline Specialist at CPP's Bronco Dreamers Resource Center is leading a project for undocumented students transferring into our campus. We are hoping to expand these resources to reach your student population. We have developed a total of 3 online workshops - each with a pre and post survey. Each online workshop is a video that can only be accessed once the pre-survey is completed. See below for access:
