eLearning and Studio 6

The eLearning team offers pedagogical tools and technical support for faculty to create outstanding online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses.

Studio 6, a service of eLearning, is an updated computing lab open to faculty and staff for learning technology training and assistance. Check the Studio 6 site for current hours.

Additionally, CAFE will be offering webinars, in-person help, and presentations to help you get started with Blackboard, Zoom, and Kaltura.

IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk provides technical support for students in various technologies including Blackboard, Microsoft Office, and email.

LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning is a library of online video and training tutorials taught by industry experts. LinkedIn Learning is available for all students, faculty, and staff.


eHelp contains tutorials covering many of the campus-supported tools and technologies. Alternatively, open ticket with support staff to get more tailored assistance.
