Cal Poly Pomona Career Center recruitment events are designed to connect recruiters with students and alumni who are seeking part and full-time jobs, internships, co-ops, volunteering and graduate school educational opportunities. Your organization will gain visibility on-campus, while providing company information, gathering resumes, networking and recruiting from our diverse student population.

The Fall and Spring general fairs offer industry specific sections which are selected during registration. Sections are color coded and students use maps to navigate through the fair. Prior to all fairs, including the Graduate & Professional School fair, an email is sent to majors of your choice, informing them about upcoming event attendance.


Participate in Resumaniac, a "Speed Date" type event where you provide resume coaching to prepare students for the career fairs. Attend Networking Events prior to the Fall, Spring and Engineering Career fairs.


Our online job board, Handshake, provides employers free job posting opportunities. Posting your position on Handshake in conjunction with attending the fair will streamline your recruitment process. Students can review your position description, view your company overview, and prepare in advance to meet the day of the event. In order for students to view your company overview and position description when you are attending a career fair.


For pre or post fair interviews, the Career Center’s On-Campus Interview Program offers professional and comfortable recruitment rooms to conduct interviews.
