Assessment Program
Through participating in curricular and co-curricular learning opportunities, the graduates of College of Business Administration will develop the following competencies:
Learning Goals

#1 - Communication Skills
Students completing the BSBA program will be able to communicate effectively in a business environment.
Corresponding Objectives:
- Students will demonstrate oral communication skills by delivering effective presentations.
- Students will demonstrate written communication skills by producing professional quality business documents.

#2 - Critical Thinking
Students completing the BSBA program will be able to use critical thinking to make business decisions.
Corresponding Objectives:
- Students will demonstrate the ability to identify key issues and gather relevant data.
- Students will demonstrate the ability to solve problems using appropriate techniques to support the decision-making process.

#3 - Business Functional Knowledge and Global Perspective
Students completing the BSBA program will demonstrate knowledge of business functions an deal with business problems from a global and integrative perspective.
Corresponding Objectives:
- Students will demonstrate an understanding of concepts and basic terminology from all business disciplines.
- Students will demonstrate understanding of how one functional area impacts another and apply an interdisciplinary approach when solving business problems.
- Students will demonstrate knowledge of the global business environment.

#4 - Social Responsibility
Students completing the BSBA program will demonstrate knowledge of diversity, ethical reasoning, and sustainability.
