Sharonda Bishop is the Founder and Owner of Bishop Consulting, a Human Resource, and Training company, serving Orange County and Inland Empire. Sharonda possesses over 20 years of human resources, payroll, and training experience, working with employees and managers on a one-to-one level, honing their communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. She is a lecturer, at Cal Poly Pomona & Extended University, and provides exceptional educational/training programs.
An active member of her community, Sharonda is on the board of directors of Inland Valley Hope Partners, an organization that serves over 18,000 meals annually in the Inland Empire via seven food pantries. She is proud to be a doctoral student at DePaul University, pursuing her DBA degree.
Dr. Linda DeLong
Dr. Linda DeLong is a professor and has been teaching in higher education and corporations for over 35 years. She has consulted with several non-profit organizations as well. In this capacity, she assisted with various interventions to include conflict resolution matters, leadership development, and supported these agencies in the development of strong HR practices and policy handbooks. Dr. DeLong continues her consultancy with organizations in for profit, non-profit and government agencies.
Dr. De Long received her undergraduate degree from Cal Poly, Pomona, with an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the Drucker School in Claremont. She has completed her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne.
