We are excited to offer a workshop introducing leaders to key aspects of “Developing Talent and Teams”. This workshop will focus on developing leaders’ ability to cultivate individual talents and mentoring at all levels. We will examine succession planning to achieve goals and provide specific feedback and direction.

This workshop will be led by Steve Standlea. Steve is a Cal Poly Alumni, who spent the first part of his career helping to grow Mimi’s Café from 8 restaurants to 140. He started as a GM with Mimi’s and then spent 5 years as a regional operation leader, 5 years as the Vice President of Human Resources, and 5 years as Vice President of Operations. He was the first Venture Partner for The Habit Burger Grill, opening the first restaurants outside of California. He has spent the last 3 years with Black Bear Diner, serving in various operational roles including Chief Operating Officer.
